TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sessions must be paid for in full before your self tape will be sent to you or your agent / Casting Director.
Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, credit / debit card or PayPal.
A non-refundable £25 deposit is required for all bookings and your booking is not confirmed until this has been received.
Our minimum booking is for one hour, which is usually enough time to comfortably produce two or three good takes of one scene and make selections. If you have several scenes or more than three pages to record, please book a 90 minute session. Sessions are capped at 90 minutes. The fee covers the time in the room recording and editing and transfer once you have left. We are happy to send over further takes for you but we will need to charge for the extra editing time.
We aim to have your self tape sent over to you by WeTransfer or Dropbox within 90 minutes of the end of your session and will let you know if that’s not possible.
Please send us your scenes and any instructions from your agent or the Casting Director in advance and make sure you’re as familiar with the script as you can be beforehand. If you are not comfortable with this or have signed an NDA on the script, please at least let us know how many pages it is at the time of booking your session and send the instructions . This avoids any confusion or disagreement.
Your session starts at the time agreed and we can’t run over or make up time, so please arrive a few minutes early.
Screenshots from your session help us promote our work and keep our prices affordable. We will not share your image online without asking permission and any images can subsequently be removed at your request. All scripts shown to us are returned to you at the end of your session and video footage is deleted within 72 hours of transfer.
We always call clients to confirm a booking and if you have any queries or concerns about your visit, please don’t hesitate to ask.
SLATES
Some casting breakdowns ask for complicated slates including zooms and pans which can be difficult to achieve cleanly. We have settled on our own format which is to include a full length video alongside your head and shoulders introduction video (see screenshot below), which saves time on viewing. We’re not currently able to provide any other way of doing a full length slate.
